The Lyrics

Continuing the unfolding horror story as told in Fridge Odour Troubled Walter and I Can't Find The Freezer Anymore
Smell come through the plug-hole
Comin' up from the sewer
Watch out! Better hold your nose
If it gets you, ain't no cure
So many people now have died
Smellin' of fetid cheese
No, it isn't funny, honey
Gettin' this disease

From the plug-hole
Smell come through the plug-hole - Watch out!
It'll get you and then
S-s-s-s-s-s-queeze! Squeeze!
I wanna... urgh! breathe...

Smell come through the plug-hole
Better pray you won't be prey
If you wanna see daylight come
You better get away
And there's a very sexy girl
You're tryin' hard to please
But if she's tastin' slime time
Then she won't do *that* for thee
From the plug-hole
Smell come through the plug-hole
Bit like, like, like turpentine
We, we're gonna hear you scream

Smell come through the plug-hole
At night or in the day
It'll take any animal
Down the plug-hole and away
It has a hunger, plain to see
It'll get you eventually
Slime in every orifice
And it ain't nice - take it from me

Up the plug-hole
Smell come through the plug-hole
It'll get you and then
S-s-s-s-s-s-queeze! Squeeze!
I wanna... urgh! breathe...

And it's behind you, never
Ever gonna sit down, YEAH!

You know what this is?
It's come up the plug-hole, baby
You're gonna die

Up the plug-hole
Smell come through the plug-hole
Watch out! It'll get you and then
S-S-S-S-S-Squeeze, squeeze
Up the plug-hole
Smell come through the plug-hole
Bit like, like, like turpentine
Up the plug-hole
Smell come through the plug-hole
Watch out! It'll get you and then
S-S-S-S-S-Squeeze, squeeze
Up the plug-hole
Smell come through the plug-hole
Watch out! It'll get you
It's gonna bring you down
Urrggghhh!

Great title; nice job

This should be played unplugged.

This parody stinks. 5s.

Is this what we call a shameless plug?
Ethan Mawyer - February 25, 2005 - Report this comment
No, this is a shameless plug: I finished this book the other day and i think at least some of you will like it a lot. I've realized that me describing the book never really does me any good so I'll give you the site and you can take a lok at tthe preview. Then maybe you can download the book for 69 cents. My book goes along a lot better with phil's other parody for today but i don't know the original song for that one. Oh, good job with the parody.

The plug is pretty pointless without the site for my book. You may need to cut and paste but it really is a very small effort to make. http://www.lulu.com/content/109104

I suppose there's few songs more appropriate for shameless plugs :;-) Intriguing plot synopsis, too, Ethan...

How is it the saying goes, "no sex please, we're British, we prefer toilet humour"? :-)

UGH! I'm a bit naive still, but this seems to be a veiled reference to *censored*. BUTT, funny anyway, 14 of 15 from me, can't remember why I docked you a point but it was probably from choking on the smell in my psyche.
Phil Alexander - March 05, 2005 - Report this comment
No, Red Ant, it ain't a reference to anything like that: it's the continuing b-movie horror story started with "Fridge odour troubled Walter" - follow the links at the top, and you'll see what I mean.

Ah, okay I understand now. But when I saw the lyrics in the second verse with the very sexy girl...she won't do that for thee, you can see why I thought this might be something sexual.
Axl's Rocket Queen - March 06, 2005 - Report this comment
Hey, Phil... are you the editor dude for Kerrang magazine? He's called Phil Alexander too, and yes I know that A) Sometimes people have the same names as other people, and that B) This is the internet and people have aliases, but.... for some reason I keep thinking that you and the editor dude for Kerrang are one and the same. Is this true? BTW, I liked the parody! Hehehe! I know that the 2nd verse wasn't supposed to be sexual, but "not doing "that" for thee" ... hehehe! Looks like the character in this parody song ain't gunna get any head while that smell's around! Better sort out the refridgerator! Bye bye!
Phil Alexander - March 07, 2005 - Report this comment
No, I'm not the Kerrang editor- I know exactly who you mean, though (he was there as a reporter when I was a teenager who even went so far as to buy Kerrang, many, many years ago).

...and the implied sexual nature of the second verse is intended in just the way you mean: like I said above, it's supposed to be a sort of b-movie horror and you always get that sort of thing... Anyway, thanks for the comment :-)
