The Lyrics

All my ex's get my checks's
Real soon a homeless guy is prob'lly what I'll be
Cuz' all my ex's spend my checks's
Every month just eighteen bucks is left for me

Tall Missy down in Mississippi
Was the dear first bride I wed
Eleanor's in Baltimore
When we split she wished me dead
There's Annamae from Santa Fe
Married her at twenty-three
Had pimples, but the cutest dimples
They all get alimony..

All my ex's get my checks's
And soon a homeless guy is prob'lly what I'll be
Cuz' all my ex's spend my checks's
Every month just eighteen bucks is left for me

Guess you just might say I'm up the river
No oars and can't swim
I played with each dame, the marriage game
Always thinkin' I could win
Like they say hind sight's twenty twenty
Now, see my mistakes
While they're livin high and eatin' good
I grab mission bakes..

All my ex's get my checks's
And soon a homeless guy is prob'lly what I'll be
Yes, all my ex's spend my checks's
Every month just eighteen bucks is left for me

Time they're paid off eighteen bucks is left for me

There was an extra syllable in some lines that I had a little difficulty pacing, so I knocked a point off, but otherwise very good.

You spend eighteen bucks, 'cause that's all that's left / when wages are garnished to pay off the ex. Very scary, hope it's not autobiographical.
