Parody Song Title:

"KKK Daughter"

Parody Written by:

Offender

The trouble with political satires is that it's so easy to descend into writing hateful rants that aren't funny. That's why I try to do a love song once in a while.
There was hatred in his eyes on that day.
It sure came as a surprise, I must say,
That his girl (his girl) married a black man!
I'm the man (the man)! He didn't know
That she liked (she liked) plantation romance.
I love her so! I love her so!

KKK daughter left her father and married me;
I love her so! I love her so!
I was educated; she was from a poor family,
And she chose me; and she chose me!

Used to wear my bedsheets when we'd go on dates.
Sometimes I'd attend meetings, and now he hates
To relate (relate) how I slipped past him,
Stole her from (her from) under his nose,
And how she (how she) left him for me and
The life we chose; the life we chose.

KKK daughter left her father and married me;
I love her so! I love her so!
She says black is handsome, and her white beauty dazzles me:
Peaches and cream, peaches and cream.

Our happiness has no rival (no rival)!
We await our (await our) child's arrival.
Our happiness has no rival (no rival)!
We await our (await our) child's arrival.

I love her (love her) without compunction.
Her love makes (love makes) my world go 'round
Black and white (and white) are in conjunction
By Heaven bound; by Heaven bound.

KKK daughter left her father and married me;
I love her so! I love her so!
Loving is so easy in our holy matrimony;
She's one with me; she's one with me.

KKK daughter left her father and married me;
I love her so! I love her so!
She says black is handsome, and her white beauty dazzles me:
Peaches and cream, peaches and cream.

KKK daughter left her father and married me;
I love her so! I love her so!
I was educated; she was from a poor family,
And she chose me; and she chose me!
[etc.]
Something I've always wondered about: trashy romance novels are usually about "forbidden" love, but I never see many "plantation romances" in the library. Doesn't anybody like to write about this stuff?
