The Lyrics

No offense meant by this parody. Just a little idea I came up with. I used to write parodies MANY years ago. If you like this, I might make some more.
Working at Auschwitz,
Working for Hitler,
Work for the Nazis,
Work is always hard,
Shovelling bodies,
Into the ovens,
Can't say I'm loving,
What I've got to do;

Burn all the reds,
Burn all the gays,
I won't stop until there's none left to say,
I'm just doing the job I get paid to do;

And I'm burning I'm burning I'm burning the Jews,
And I'm burning I'm burning I'm burning the Jews;

Turning my guns on,
All of the Jews now,
Shooting their faces,
Watch them die at my feet,
Turning the lights down,
Turning the gas up,
Turn on the showers,
Watch them cry and bleed;

Burn all the reds,
Burn all the gays,
All Summer long and even on public holidays,
Jehovah's Witnesses and even the handicapped too,
And I'm burning I'm burning I'm burning the Jews,
And I'm burning I'm burning I'm burning the Jews;

Burn all the reds,
Burn all the gays,
I won't stop until there's none left to say,
I'm just doing the job I get paid to do;

And I'm burning I'm burning I'm burning the Jews,
And I'm burning I'm burning I'm burning the Jews,
And I'm burning I'm burning I'm burning the Jews,
And I'm burning I'm burning I'm burning the Jews.

Somehow it lacks the Mel Brooks touch. Don't do this kind of thing again.

555 for the parody, but not the topic. Error in V2L3 which should read: I won't stop until there's none left to slay,... NFR

Many years ago, about three lines for the "parody" song, "Midnight Train to Auschwitz" based on the song "Midnight Train to Georgia" popped into my brain. It's probably the darkest bit of comedic ideation ever generated inside my cranium. Which is why I would never post it in a public forum. Some things just can't be touched until every victim is long gone

Yeah, I actually thought of this idea before too (I would've gone with "burn all the gays/ burn all the kikes") but I couldn't figure out how to make it funny instead of incredibly offensive. Unfortunately I have to agree with the others that you couldn't either. Sorry; I really do sympathize -- when you have an idea that seems like it has potential you want to run with it and see what happens...I just think you need to develop a better sense of whether or not it's actually working. Best of luck to you though.
