Dang it, Phil, if only your talent matched your politics... well, it usually does, and I gave you fives anyway. As Sheriff Rosco P. Coltrane (James Best) would've said, Ah love it, Ah love it...
It was a bit of a throwaway... I originally had it as a Bush and Blair "Good ol' boys", but it didn't seem quite right. But I did like the way the "Bombin' the caves/flattenin' the hills" lyric worked.
