[1] For non-US (and probably many US) readers: The "Social Security" tax is actually called the Federal Insurance Contributions Act (FICA, rhymes with "like a" or "mica") tax, despite the fact that any actual insurance company that followed the same financial practices would be shut down and its executives jailed for fraud that would make Bernie Madoff look like a convenience-store panhandler.
[2] Figuratively, trying to drown out opposition with the massive email flooding and trying to silence the vocal protesters at the town hall meetings (Free speech? Sorry, only if you agree with them), and literally, in that this writer, for one, is gagging (retching and choking) at current events.
[3] Promise: "More transparency in Government". Sorry, O, I can see right through that.

There will always be parodies like this every day. But no matter what, they'll still be great. Excellent job, and I looked at your pics on your site: I wasn't expecting a stuffed turtle instead of the real you!
