Parody Song Title:

"Snakes Upon This Plane"

Parody Written by:

Even with just the title, and knowing nothing else about the movie... you can guess there's gonna be some parodies regarding the new action thriller "Snakes On a Plane." Here's one of them.
Well, there's snakes upon this plane.
And I hear some creepy music.
They say they're gonna cause some pain here
and they sure know how to use it.
They will abuse it.
I'm gonna lose it.
Who will defuse it?

Well, I've never been to England
and this plane won't make that action.
It won't be landing in Vegas.
Help us, Sam-u-el L. Jackson!
Can you save us?
These snakes, they crave us!
They'll bite someone, someone!

Well, I've never been to heaven
but I'm not in such a hurry.
Well, they tell me I should go there
but that's really got me worried.
These snakes have slithered
while we have dithered!
They're hot and bothered!
They're hot and bothered!

(instrumental break)

Well, there's snakes upon this plane
and I hear some creepy music!
They say they're gonna cause some pain here
and they sure know how to use it!
They will abuse it!
I'm gonna lose it!
Sam, come defuse it!

Well, I've never been to heaven
but I'm not in such a hurry!
Well, they tell me I should go there
but that's really got me worred!
These snakes have slithered
while we have dithered!
We're hot and bothered!
We're hot and bothered!

(instrumental fadeout)

I'm not familiar with the upcoming movie, but you've spelled it out well. "These snakes have slithered, while we have dithered" - great line!

Definitely hear you on this one, 5 by 5! (by 5). I just googled the movie based on your parody and its definitely got quite the buzz! I think your parody is great and furthermore, you have, if I'm not mistaken, posted four of 'em today! How the heck do you do it... you're a machine man!?!

How do I do it? Luck, as much as anything else. A parodist's nightmare is a slow news week. That's why, when a "perfect storm" happens -- Mel Gibson's anti-Semitic inebriation, a sports blunder, Dick Cheney shooting a FRIEND, not an enemy -- we have to say "Thank you" to the individual in question, even if we hate his guts. So, thank you, screenwriters John Heffernan and Sebastian Gutierrez, director David R. Ellis, and New Line Cinema. Not that I intend to see the movie. I never did like disaster flicks. Then again, being a Yankee Fan, I think "Fever Pitch" is a disaster movie.

Great parody! I am actually looking quite forward to "Snakes on a Plane"... looks like it's worthy of all the buzz. You know, I was toying around with leaving this comment as Samuel L. Jackson, but what would happen if the real Sam Jackson actually read this parody? It would have been funny, though. Anyway, you just gave me a great idea for a parody contest. I'm giving you [censored] fives for your [censored] snakes on a [censored] plane.
