Chucky Gros-ven-or's dead
No no no no
He's online
Looking in

Chucky Gros-ven-or's dead
No no no no
He's online
Looking in

He'll fly his Amiright
Lets you post the songs you like
Takes good care of this site

Chucky Gros-ven-or
Chucky Gros-ven-or

Chucky Gros-ven-or's dead
No no no no
He's online
Looking in

Chucky Gros-ven-or's dead
No no no no
He's online
Looking in

He'll read your parodies
Lets you post them as you please
Keeps the site clean of sleaze

Chucky Gros-ven-or
Chucky Gros-ven-or

( instrumental and uptempo rhythm shift )

From coast to coast
You'll hear them boast
About a site
Where humor shines so clear

So raise your glass
We'll drink a toast
To the Chucky man
Who lets you post your lyrics here

He'll put them up
He'll keep them there
He'll post your songs with tender loving care

He reads them all
He's not a schmo
He knows exactly which stay and which must go

Chucky Gros-ven-or
Chucky Gros-ven-or

( slower tempo )
( flute solo )

( tempo increases )
( hard-driving pounding rhythm )

He'll put them up
He'll keep them there
He'll post your songs
With love and care
He reads them all
He's not a schmo

Chucky Gros-ven-or

He'll fly
His Amiright
Lets you post
The songs you like
Takes good care
Of this site

Thanks, Adagio! I am delighted that someone out there knows this old " Timothy Leary's dead " psychedelic Moody Blues tune.
Johnny D - November 24, 2003 - Report this comment
The original song "Legend Of A Mind", which some might know as "Timothy Leary's dead", comes from the album "In Search Of The Lost Chord", which "Ride My See-Saw" also comes from.

Cool! Johnny, you must have know that they were "out there somewhere" while "in search of the lost chord" and heard "the voice" last "Tuesday Afternoon"! It's "nice to be here"!

Thank you, Mari, and thank you, Adagio, for your two votes - I know this song might be kind of obscure to some, so it's heartening to see two votes from a couple of fellow Moody Blues fans!
