How true it is. Even though the Cash for Clunkers is over for autos, I fear we still have a cash for clunkers program going - with our soon to be raised taxes (the cash) paying for the clunkers - you know where.

TT - I cannot ever remember seeing the word "piecemeal" in writing and it is my bad for assuming that it be "piecemill". at least I didn't spell it "Peacemill" - I nearly did when I started writing it. I should have consulted onelook.com and got it correct. It could be the grinding as you have suggested as we are all about to be ground to bits. I really meant it as "half assed". I have a lot of problems with spelling. I do use spellcheck on everything I write and the MS Word 2003 grammar and spell checker did not flag "Piecemill" but I cannot find that as a real word anywhere that I have looked since you have pointed this out to me. Anyway as you say - it works. Thanks for putting me wise. =;-)
