Sometimes it's hard to be a student, doing all that work for just some man... hold on, that's another song - now, where was I? Oh, yes... with all the distractions that university life has to offer, it's surprising in a way just how many students still manage to pass their courses...
Well I don't know why I came here this fall

To learn something, or just to have fun

Hehe, I like it. Though I've encountered nothing but a little grass and possibly some skunk (although since I didn't try any I can't tell the difference :) ) at university, this song still rings scarily far too true for me. If you're supposed to work at university, why did they make it such good fun?

I've been wanting to get in the "tokers to the right" bit, but must have gone through everything that rhymes (or nearly rhymes) with "clowns" before reading an article about "town and gown" rivalry in Oxford.. and once that idea took hold, the thing damn near wrote itself... it is, after all, a topic to which any student (or ex-student) can relate

Amazing!!!! As a college student I can relate, of course this has been up for quite some time, but I'm glad to be able to come back and revist it
