I doubt if he's "nearer to God"--from what I've read about him over the years, he was an athiest.
But that doesn't mean that God won't remember him. 5's for a very meaningful tribute.

Great comment, 2Eagle. Imagine a loving father being reunited with a son who lived his whole life mistakenly thinking his father was dead...and imagine that son's joy at meeting the father he thought he'd never meet.
