Just one problem, most of that oil is under protected lands. I'd prefer more spending on alternative fuels, so we don't have to use oil anymore. Come on! We're sitting here at our computers, with vast sources of information loaded on a couple of chips and machines, while we're still burning fossil fuels to run engines.
Joe Mama-I know that alot of refineries in the US are not even functional, not being used; not producing what we need. And that's not even touching on the Alaska thing.
