This is a gem, Royce! 555 I hear NYC is going to be randomly searching people on their transit system starting tonight but, they can't profile so, it's useless. They ought to let ordinary citizens do it. They wouldn't have to worry so much about political correctness.

I don't know many details about it yet, but that anything like that happened again so soon...well, I could try to express it eloquently...ah sh*t, it just SUCKS...hope that's eloquent enough...What you say is something that folks on all sides of the political spectrum ought to be able to agree on...and get behind in an effort to do whatever can be intelligently and forcefully done to put a stop to this crap. Yes, there are fools out there whose view of the world and life is so twisted that they think randomly destroying and killing in the name of some vague cause is the right thing to do. Their minds will not be changed...what must be changed is any measure of acceptance or rationalization of these acts. Governments, groups and communities that tacitly and knowingly allow this type of madness to fester and grow need to consider where it might eventually lead. And Governments already trying to halt it need to coordinate and cooperate with each other...and come up with some sort of sensible plan to deal with it...something a whole lot better than the current policies of posing, lying and posturing we have sadly been witness to...5's ~ ~ ~
