My first submission. Please be gentle with me. ;) I have an alternate ending to it, but I think this captures the feeling of hippie love better.

455. I dropped a mark on pacing as there's a couple of extra syllables in places ("uniting" is too long), but overall I like this. It's nice how some of the original lyrics fit the sentiment of your version, although it could possibly have done with more variation in the chorus.
