| Parody Song Title: | "College Stripper Song" |
| Parody Written by: | Maigen O'Conor |
This is a song about me and how I became a stripper in Louisville to pay for Western Kentucky University's exorbitant tuition. I plan on paying my fall-semester bill with everything I earned during the summer--in five thousand, three hundred and sixty-five $1 bills.
Leather bikinis
Satin gartinis
Pointy stilettos killing my feet
Look at those fat men, howling for "Maigen"
Whistling as if
I'm a cheap piece of meat
Stripping for tuition in Southern Louisville,
Trying hard not to fall off the pole
Some people tell me that I'm going to hell
But I know that school's worth my soul.
Western's the reason
I'm dancing all season
With nothing to show but this fat wad of dough
A lot of girls hate me
And guys try to date me. I just stay in
And practice my shows.
Stripping for tuition in Southern Louisville,
Trying hard not to fall off the pole
Some people tell me that I'm going to hell
But I think that school's worth my soul.
The day 'fore school started
I left there light-hearted
Tossed my heels, hopped a bus right back home.
My joy's simply mounting
Ms. Potter's still counting
The five-thousand singles that helped me stay on!
Stripping for tuition in Southern Louisville,
Trying hard not to fall off the pole
Some people tell me that I'm going to hell
But I think that school's worth my soul.
Yes, and some people tell me that I'm going to hell
But I think I've still got my soul...

Bah! Humbug! You're just claiming to be a stripper to get our attention... hmm... ehhh... damn, it's working, and the parody is working to... I'll have to give you 555... but one at the time of course...
Sir, you've created a delightful write on this favorite song of Summer time!
Sir, nothing. I'm a chick. But thank you. :-)
Love stripper parodies...and this is an excellent one..sexy and funny..and it has an immoral moral
This might have been even better with varied choruses, but it was still a great read. I hope you put your writing skills to work and get an English or journalism major.
Perfect, well done. I can't stand Buffett further than I can throw him. Best of luck in college. 555.
Actually I am a journalism major!!! How'd you guess? :-) I have more parodies on this theme coming.
