The verdict was guilty. The TV blared. Earlier this week several jury members examined Peterson's boat and tried rocking it on dry land in an attempt to see if it would be possible to dump a body from it. Apparently he was successful in his deed as a panel of twelve of his peers found him guilty of murder in the first degree of his loving wife and guilty of second degree murder of his unborn son.
