Looks like sk13er wasn't the only one to consider it unfunny... yes, of course it's vulgar: it's supposed to be - I'm kind of surprised about the sense of humour failure, though. Ah well...
Unfortunately, I don't know the original, but the lyrics gave me a laugh.
