I huffed a cat
Done it back in 1963
Not a very special time to be
Soon afterwards I became fat
I huffed a cat
You know, with all those pressures of the fame,
Soon everything will never be the same
I got crazy, huffed a cat
Oh, I
Have an uneasy feeling when we played
Against the Packers,
As I recall it ended way too soon
I huffed a cat,
Hypnotizing, mesmerizing me
It is everything that I will need
Sweet temptation, huffed a cat!
I felt a rush of power going right through me
Calming me down so soon and I have never felt so free
I huffed a cat!
Oh, I
Just got a scary feeling when I've left
After I got high,
As I recall I have made a huge theft
I huffed a cat
Why'd it take too long to see the light?
Seemed so wrong, but now it seems so right
Grew so lazy, huffed a cat!
I felt a rush of power going right through me
Calming me down so soon and I have never felt so free
I huffed a cat!
(do do do do do, do do do do do)
I huffed a cat!
(do do do do do, do do do do do)
I huffed a cat!
(do do do do do, do do do do do)
I huffed a cat!
(do do do do do, do do do do do)

That's exactly the reason why I post the links.
(SOTM) Good.
Awesome original song... And one of your best parodies only one thing left me confused and that was the line about playing the Packers. I don't see how that fit in with the entire theme of cat huffing.
Sam Huff was a linebacker for the Giants from 1956 to 1964, the championship was played between the Giants and the Packers in the end of 1962 in which the Packers won 16-7 where Huff gets depressed some times later. The last part of this answer is fictional since I highly doubt Huff would start huffing cats.
Not commenting on the parody yet, but what's with the 6 sets of ones, I think Max has a one stalker--who doesn't want anyone to know about it. That's why I value comments so much more than votes, I'll read/comment on the parody later this month Max, but I just wanted to make sure you know, your fellow contestants know that those ones aren't legit, they rarely (if ever) are.
It's been happening for the last several months, I may have pissed someone off enough to have him/her to stalk me.
Sir ~ MaximumPower ~ I am sure that my Dad & my GrandPaw both watched this Game, as they were avid Pack fans from the ~Great Lakes~, although they never had lived in GreenBay. I assume that you are a ~ Great Laker ~ as well, Sir ??
I'm more of a Giants and Jets fan, thanks though.
Something tells me you're not very welcome at Kristof's School For Cats... this was pretty good, it might not be SOTM as in Song Of The Month but it sure is BOTM as in Bong Of The Month! :-)
(SOTM) Max, you always have the weirdest ideas. This actually would have been better if there was some consistency in the tense grammar, it jumps from past to present tense and back again. "Hypnotizing mesmirizing me" deserved a substitution. This polarizes people, evidently, but I'm in the middle, 544.
You've cleared one thing up for me, Max: Gryffindor is for heroes, Slytherin for villains.. now I know who gets picked for Hufflepuff :-)
(SOTM) Hmm, great OS song choice, but uh, well--I didn't really fully get it, to be honest. I guess it's a Packers thing, either way I do applaud the fact that you are taking on tougher songs, and your pacing is improving immensely
(SOTM) A wonderfully oddball idea, Max...almost pulled off. Pacing was a bit sketchy at times (but def. an improvement!), and the story didn't quite flow all the time. Still, a big big effort. 444
(SOTM) This one just didn't seem to click with me, maybe because it didn't go anywhere. Yes, you huff kittens, I get it...was there a punchline?
(SOTM-Apr-08) catastrophicly breath taking.
Good idea to have Sam Huff with kitten huffing, but the parody itself doesn't really make the connection: the only reference to Sam Huff is the "against the Packers" line. That said, it's funny enough w/o getting that point of the parody.
SOTM- Sorry, I too am totally confused about the connections and subject matter. But still funny and good pacing.
