what does a run in your pantyline mean

"Pantyline" is most commonly used to refer to a tanning line created by when a woman sunbathes while wearing the bottom to a 2 piece bathing suit (as opposed to wearing a thong). "Pantyline" can also refer to the longer style of pantyhose that fits over the panties. I used this second definition to refer to runs (i.e. tears or rips) in the pantyline pantyhose of the woman in the song.
