I can't believe no one thought of this before. And while John Kerry is right, that Cheney has been more President since day one of the maladministration than Bush, this does not count toward my project of doing parodies of every President. (If, for whatever reason, Cheney does ever become President officially, I've have to write a new one in order for it to qualify. In other words, if Kerry wins, then at noon on January 20, 2005, I'll officially be at least one President behind on my total.)
