Michael, like alvin and TJC I've never heard James Blunt sing...and that sounds like a very good thing, too...I like the parody, too...as a note about Rod Stewart, though...when he was singing old "standards" a couple years ago I thought he sucked...I remember I was out at my Dad's a couple years ago and we were surfing the TV channels in vain for something moderately watchable...I found some variety show where Stewart was decked out in 1940's threads and crooning some old tune...Dad and I watched it and I commented, "Say Dad, he's singing a song that you probably know pretty well"...thinking it might..continued later...
The real question is.. have you ever heard ME sing
