Song Parodies -> "Odumba Will Babble On"

Original Song Title:

"Rivers Of Babylon"

Original Performer:

Boney M

Parody Song Title:

"Odumba Will Babble On"

Parody Written by:

Malcolm Higgins

The Lyrics

yes odumba will babble on and bring us down
we all regret when the messiah came on
yes odumba will babble on and bring us down
we'll all regret the life with all morals gone

he is wicked
blowing up today the economy
required actions now all wrong
how now can we bring good times on in his strange land

he is wicked
blowing up today the economy
required actions now all wrong
how now can we bring good times on in his strange land

let the words of his mouth make the trepidations of our hearts
be more palpable to the right here tonight

let the words of his mouth make the trepidations of our hearts
be more palpable to the right here tonight

yes odumba will babble on and bring us down
we all regret when the messiah came on
yes odumba will babble on and bring us down
we'll all regret the life with all morals gone

I think that your reference to the Prez is rather derogatory and offensive, and he isn't even YOUR president to worry about anyway. Sorry, I don't care for this one. I've seen better elsewhere.

i love how the socialist, tax and redistribute liberals cant argue the content of anti o-bomb-a parodies. all they can do is say silly play ground comments like " that's mean, it's derogatory and offensive" . stealing my tax dollars for programs like acorn, who takes advantage of broke colored youth and pays them to register 73 times while breaking laws, is offensive. al franken had more votes than the total amount of registered democrat voters. does that "offend" any liberals?
McKludge - May 14, 2009 - Report this comment
rob - If Al Franken really did have more votes than the total amount of registered democratic voters, have you considered that could be because some independents and republicans voted for him, too? Just because you are a registered republican doesn't mean you must vote for a republican.

You want content arguments instead of silly comments? How's this:

1. Taxation does not equal theft. You may feel you are being taxed too much, but the government did not steal your money. You knew before you ever started earning money that some of it would be "lost" to taxes.

2. Acorn did not pay people to register multiple times. It paid people to gather voter registrations in inner cities, and it paid them based on the number of registrations. This was a bad idea, because it led to people creating fake voter registrations so they would be paid more. It may have been (unintentional) voter registration fraud, but it was never voter fraud. There is no evidence that any of the fake registered voters ever actually voted.

3. You didn't just say "colored," did you? Oy.

4. As for Malcolm's parody, I can't argue the content here because there isn't much beyond statements like "actions now all wrong" and "odumba will babble on." Mal, you clearly just don't like Obama. That's fine, you are entitled to that opinion. I think your opinion is flawed, but you have every right to it. I do think all the anti-Obama parodies you've written show you have quite an obsession with the guy, much like Tong had with Bush. Obsessive people often come off like nut cases. And yes, I do realize that with the length of this post, I too may come off as slightly obsessed :-).

Great parody, Malcolm! Mc Kludge, First of all, Al "Franken-stein" stole the senate election with fraudulent and phony ballots. Get you facts straight before you utter such stupidity! Secondly, if people registered multiple times, odds are that they voted multiple times using different addresses, too! Thirdly, many people don't like President "Odumba", including myself and 45 million other people who actually showed up for John McCain. McKludge, you're always coming to the defense of Obama, so you are just as obsessive as anyone else.

Mckludge - I AM NOT REPUBLICAN. I did not vote Mc Cain ! "lost to taxes?" it isnt lost, it is redistributed. i do give to charities, but dont want any politicians buying votes with my money. you are free to give more however... taxing achievers to give it to illegals and to buy votes is theft, but you can candy coat it if you want. i was a licensed loan originator and real estate sales rep and dealt with acorn programs. i saw stuff on the inside that is coming out now, stuff a few conservatives warned america about in 1991. acorn DID pay some poor ( what can i call this person to be politically correct???) to register and vote 73 times, and it is in trial now, and yes, the ( what can we call this guy again?) was on T.V. confessing, but you dont have to use facts if you are liberal... enjoy your soon coming high taxes on our wages and or products we purchase.

I still stand by my original comment. And I bet Andria and Mike Pacholek will agree with me.
