The Lyrics

about Kazaa, when youre downloading a file, and it's status goes "remotely queued," its really annoying, and here is its song...
well the songs I get are neat
and they all got a nice beat
but the traffic in the window takes too long
and I clicked there on the song
as the window then came on
I do think that this waiting is just wrong

I clicked on that for a new video thing
wonder how, this I should be using
then click resume as the thing says its down
try to get the song to play
"failed" is all it say
It spends all its freaking days
remotely queued again

it's just still downloadin'
and I think it takes too long
and the file sharing sure does blow, that's all
so I click on "traffic page"
"need more sources" what they say
and my patients will not last this very long

I clicked on that for a new video thing
wonder how, this I should be using
then click resume as the thing says its down
try to get the song to play
"failed" is all it say
It spends all its freaking days
remotely queued again

I type in stuff and I click on the side
to get that stupid "more info" thing to hide
click on my files, and still I wonder why
you know the file size hurts the drive
don't ya?

ahhhhhhhh!

the song ain't playing neat
and the file I don't see
and they slogans all say "queued" now, why, oh why?
and the video I get, aint quite the title I did write
and the time, it took much longer over night

I clicked on that for a new video thing
wonder how, this I should be using
then click resume as the thing says its down
try to get the song to play
"failed" is all it say
It spends all it's freaking days
remotely queued again
Don't go queued again!
no no

Ahhhhhhhhhh!

files take long
just like the last one

Nice one, Mike, the Kazaa Czar... though didn't you mean "patience" rather than "patients"?

maybe he's a surgeon taking a break from work to download music

Kudos, Mikey. I've had songs queue for weeks before giving up, so I can totally relate. Unless someone from the RIAA is reading this, in which case I've never heard of Kazaa. Or Michael Florio.

I recognize the situation too. I've got lots of files on Kazaa remotely qeued and I just want the download over with as soon and fast as possible but they simply won't download. It sure sucks.

I was going to caution 'patients, Mickey, have patients...' but I think Phil already covered it... ;-)

I've been meaning to ask you about your picture of Lee Ving. I knew Lee back in L.A. and went to high school with the guitarist of Fear, Philo Cramer. I learned quite a lot from those guys. I posted on this song cause it's one of my faves, and you did a nice job with it.
