I assume that was about that ancient show The Fugitive. Good twist on the original song.

One arm = Five fingers. Of course, "The Fugitive" inspired not just a Harrison Ford film version and the later Steven Weber reboot series that didn't last, but also countless knockoffs, including the TV version of "The Incredible Hulk." The August 29, 1967 finale broke Ed Sullivan's Beatles-into record for most-watched TV show in U.S. history, and it wasn't just because people wanted the story resolved: It was damn good TV, right down to the "heavy" (the late Barry Morse as Lt. Gerard) seeing that the hero (David Janssen as Dr. Kimble) was right all along and helping him bring the real killer down.
