I attend Southwest Baptist University, and this is a song about the cafeteria there, which is named Mellers Dining Commons. Though you probably have never eaten there, just think about all that great high-school or college cafeteria fare you have enjoyed in the past while reading the lyrics. By the way, I did not make up any of the gross food mentioned in verse 2. I experienced them all, and yes, it is possible to mess up beanie weanies.
