The Lyrics
Defenestration means "throwing someone out of window". It has recently become a popular way of dying in Russia. "PLF" is the parachute landing fall, the ukemi-like manouevre on landing.

You'll be hitting the ground at 555's, Susanna! Merry and I also did a defenestration parody in 2005 to Carly Simon's Anticipation. (Perhaps they are the tonly 2 defenestration songs on the site!) Ours was a much more gentle take on the subject. I liked yours, fits the times.
I was wrong! Couldn't help myself so I looked up parodies with Defenestration in the title. There are 4 in total, the other 2 are by John Barry and Peter Andersson (with the most bizarre title you might see in a long time!)
Yeah, "Diluvian kinky bonk tar defenestration" is probably the wacky title I'll never top, though my fishing exercise "Handstyles of the master baiters" is hot on its heels if I do say so myself. Anyway - 555 - and a link to a picture of a Russian special operating system you might want to stay away from:

Maybe Putin will be able to hold a demonstration (upon his own defenestration) of his own ukemi skill. After all, hes a Sixth Dan in Judo .. Amiright, Susanna, Amiright?
Amiright Humor Explicator: Unbeknownst to Susanna. CML know what the word "ukemi" ... These are techiques (such as slapping the mat) that lessen the severity of being thrown to the mat ..... They wont necessarily help much when one is being thrown out of a four story building onto a concrete sidewalk

Hope you had a parachute. And the way Putin Pukeboy has handled this not-so-easy Ukraine war, he'd better watch his ass. He must have thought it'd be an easy one like the one in Kazakstan was earlier this year. He counted WRONG. Never mind the UN sanctions and the coming harsh winter. He might soon learn that next it's HIS turn.
