Ah, flashes of Sam Kinison are coming into my mind. RIP. Anyway, let's start with the humor. It's hard to really expand your humor with a song like this, but even of what you can use, it could've been better. I'll give a 2 for humor. As for pacing, it's not the worst job, but definitely not good. I'll just make this song a 222. Again, with a song like this, it's hard to actually make a good parody of it. Leave it to the Kinison, my man.
