Bill Clinton got zapped by a woman named Monica and an embarrassing stain early in Year 6 of his Presidency, but 70 percent of the American people still approved of the job he was doing. George W. Bush, at around 30 percent, got zapped by a woman named Monica and an embarrassing stain in the middle of Year 7. Okay, the two weren't linked this time, it was just a coincidence. Still, that bird spoke for 70 percent of the country. And gave all of us a wonderful parody idea. Looks like I'm first (or at least tied for it).
