| Parody Song Title: | "Gimli vs. Legolas" |
| Parody Written by: | Kim West |
It was at the battle for Minas Tirith
That Gimli and Legolas squared off to fight.
They wanted to see who would kill the most orks
Gimli shouted, "There's plenty for the both of us!"
Then Legolas did let his arrows fly true.
And Gimli chopped and cleaved with his ax.
Eighty orks attacked, and eighty orks died.
Now they're littered all throughout the countryside.
Ten, twenty, thirty, forty, fifty or more
The Dwarf and the Elf was rollin' out the score
Eighty orks died tryin' to escape that killin' spree.
Of the mighty dual of Gimli and Legolas.
Suddenly an Oliphant came marching into view
Well, Legolas he leaped onto that beast
And without any fear he killed the beast dead.
Gimli blinked and then he shouted,
"That still only counts as one!"
Ten, twenty, thirty, forty, fifty or more
The Dwarf and the Elf was rollin' out the score
Eighty orks died tryin' to escape that killin' spree.
Of the mighty dual of Gimli and Legolas.
Now, Gimli had sworn he wouldn't lose to an Elf.
So he began swinging his ax at everything in site.
Legolas just shook his head and smiled at the Dwarf.
Standing side by side, the two of them
made quite a strange site.
The two soon found they were in a fix.
Because to their surprise, they'd run out of orks.
Legolas fired once, Gimli swung his ax twice
and they both gave out a victory cheer.
Ten, twenty, thirty, forty, fifty or more
