The Lyrics

I submitted it under a slightly wrong name. You can find my original commentary at: http://www.amiright.com/parody/60s/therollingstones125.shtml
Shut the f**k up Mike Lupica
Shut the f**k up Mike Lupica
'Cause you won't and you won't and you won't and you won't
Shut the f**k, Shut the f**k

When you're writing a column
You've always mentions the Yanks' payroll
You have drone on more and more
About the N.Y. Yankees' payroll
Because you happens to be a Met-Sox troll
Shut the f**k, and move on to
Yawkey Way, that's where you'll go

Shut the f**k up Mike Lupica
Shut the f**k up Mike Lupica
'Cause you won't and you won't and you won't and you won't
Shut the f**k, Shut the f**k

I was reading the paper
And then I saw your bullsh*t
All those stuff do not fit
Well you can't be a man 'cause he is a dolt
That is why the readers bolt
Shut the f**k, and move on to
Yawkey Way, that's where you'll go

Shut the f**k up Mike Lupica
Just because you have a pica
'Cause you won't and you won't and you won't and you won't
Shut the f**k, shut the f**k

No one wants your politics
You're just doing this to make you look smart
And we all know you're a stupid fart
We all know you're going to mention the Yankees' payroll
That's how you held back Daily News
Shut the f**k, and move on to
Yawkey Way, that's where you'll go

Shut the f**k up, shut the f**k up
Shut the f**k up Mike Lupica
Mike Lupica, Mike Lupica, Mike Lupica

(Artistry) Wow, quite a diatribe. I'm sure this plays well to a certain segment of Yankee fans.

Fits well next to my parody also about Baseball.

(Artistry) I don't really know what this parody is about, but hey, Aussies are into the footy, not baseball. Still, it paces pretty well.

The pacing fits, but who's Mike Pulica?
Agrimorfee - June 05, 2007 - Report this comment
(Artistry) This coulda been funnier, even if I don't know who Mike Lupica is. Sorry

(Artistry) The pacing fits syllable-wise, but this loses a little from not actually sounding much like the original as far as substituting similar sounding words goes. I also think that there was a bit too much bleepage in this parody, and its more angry than funny. The rules said I had to comment, so I did.

(Artistry). . .Not bad Max, I do know Mike Lupica. . .and putting him in place on being repetitive is cool. . .

(Artistry) lol - there are some parodies that aim for humour and there are others that have th single purpose of venting one's spleen - and I would say that often the latter are more satsifying for the writer at least - way to go with the invective Max - I did laugh out loud at the 3rd and 4th line - 555

(Artistry) I don't know who this about, but it sounds like you're not very fond of him.(Duh!) Good job.
