If you're not into gaming, different sided dice are designated with a D and then the number of sides - so a die with 6 sides is a D6, for example. There is a group of five shapes with 4 to 20 sides called the Platonic Solids that work well for dice. One of those shapes is the dodecahedron, with 12 sides.

Cute, the syncopation of the OS kind of begs for polysyllabic substitutions. But you did miss a beat or two, and I'm left wishing for just a little bit of a story....
