The Lyrics

Since I started, now I have to finish. More Beatle parodies. This was written after after John but before George.
We long for Abbey Road
That album was great
Though all you guys had hits
A lot of songs we hate
I know the past is dead
And there won't be any more

You tried "Free as a Bird"
But it's just not the same
The studio had Jeff
But the song was kind of lame
Since Lennon's not around
It's not him we'll blame

Many times I've heard the tunes
From days when I was younger
But no matter how you try
You can't recapture hunger

But still they take me back
And I long for Abbey Road
Your albums through the years
The cut-out bin they go
Take the advice of fans
Please don't make any more
