Parody Song Title:

"The Brain That Wouldn't Die"

Parody Written by:

Alvin Rhodes

...based on the 1963 movie of the same name
i know her head is alright
but she ain't got no body
she looks so funny sitting in that tray
how i wish that her neck wasn't sawed through
she's in an awful way

the crash went down a week ago
i have been keeping her alive since then
if i could find a bod, i'd get it
and to her head, i'd knit it
i'd like to find a shape that's thin...oh !

i know her head is alright
but she ain't got no body
she looks so funny sitting in that tray
how i wish that her neck wasn't sawed through
she's in an awful way

without a head, she's homely
but with a figure, she'd look just fine
let there be no more ambivalence
this deed has no resemblance
to that act of frankenstein's...oh !

i know her head is alright
but she ain't got no body
she looks so funny sitting in that tray
how i wish that her neck wasn't sawed through
she's in an awful way

its hard on a fella
when there's no way to fool around
if i can't fix up my honey
our lives will not be sunny
she's missin' from the neck on down...oh !

i know her head is alright
but she ain't got no body
she looks so funny sitting in that tray
how i wish that her neck wasn't sawed through
she's in an awful way

Congratulations on hitting 400. Now, the number 400 is usually associated with Ted Williams, but it would be in rather poor taste to mention him in a comment about this parody. Anyway, your mad scientist isn't having much luck? (I can't believe nobody thought of this joke yet.) Maybe he should quit while SHE'S a head. I'm also reminded of what my mother said when Steve Martin made a movie called "The Man With Two Brains": "It makes up for all the movies in which he had none!"

Great novelty song, Alvin. Keep up the good work with great songs modified to fit quirky movies.
