The Lyrics

Ten years ago, John A. Barry wrote "Goat Writhin' In the Sty." Now, here's the David Cameron story.
Doo-doo-doo
Down-doo-bee-doo-down-down
Comma-comma
Down-doo-bee-doo-down-down
Comma-comma
Down-doo-bee-doo-down-down
Bacon up is hard to do!

Don't take your love
away from Dave!
Ovine lovin' is
what he crave!
If you go
then he'll be blue!
Bacon up is hard to do!

Remember when
in Oxfordshire
he found livestock
to take him higher!
He chose sow
over mare and ewe!
'Cause bacon up is hard to do!

They say that bacon up is
hard to do!
Now we know
we know that it's true!
Don't say
that this is the end
of Cameron's time on Downing Street
just 'cause he plays with porcine meat!

He begs of you
don't say, "Yee-haw!"
Just because he likes
his pork so raw!
Come on, baby
this hog is true!
'Cause bacon up is hard to do!

(They say that bacon up is
hard to do!)
Now we know
we know that it's true!
(Don't say
that this is the end)
of Cameron's time on Downing Street
just 'cause he plays with porcine meat!

He begs of you
don't say, "Yee-haw!"
Just because he likes
his pork so raw!
Come on, baby
this hog is true!
'Cause bacon up is hard to do!

Down-doo-bee-doo-down-down
Comma-comma
Down-doo-bee-doo-down-down
Comma-comma
Down-doo-bee-doo-down-down
Comma-comma
(repeat 'til fade)

This "story" is already becoming boring and unimportant. Cameron's interaction with corrupt leaders elsewhere is more deserving of criticism, as per the current British press. I sheepishly point out that you/ewe likely didn't mean "ovine", unless you are broadening the allegations.

I get most of my international and political news from amiright, but I haven't heard this story yet. From what I can infer, I may not want to. The reference to "ovine" brings back memories of another writer who used to grace these pages.

To err is human, to forgive is ovine

same as Patrick I get most of my news from Amiright (far more entertaining than watching the news) but I too haven't heard of this also as with Pat I'm not too sure I want to but still well-written and paced 5's

CML's quotation seems offbase to me, although its tone is magnanimous. In any case, I doubt that placing one's curlies before swine will be forgiven. Certainly M.P. has concluded that the remote event has political relevance.

Not familiar with Cameron's latest policies (I tend to follow German developments), but 555!

The comma-comma's are still the cat's pajama's
