OH, yeah...I tried one of those...hated it...AND - forgot to cancel after it ran out so I got billed for a month at the full rate ($24 or $25)...I hit the roof...called to cancel, which they DON'T make easy to do...ended up with a guy who talked me into a "FREE" month of Netscape, and promised that when the month was up it would automatically be cancelled unless I contacted them and indicated I wanted to continue it...Well, I had trouble loading it...failed 3 or 4 times and I decided that I did not want to bother with "Tech Support" since I really didn't want it in the first place...guess what? Yup...I got billed for it the next month...had AMEX reverse the charge...got billed the NEXT month...so I called AOL to cancel...it took a while to get the agent to check and see that I had never actually used it...at that point she agreed to reverse all charges...and THEN...get ready now(and I realize I have told this story on the site once before...consider it a "Summer Rerun if you have already heard this one)...she asked me "Is there some future point where we can have a representative call you about resuming service with us?" OH...and my mind went into gear -- "Well, actually...Yes...you know when Hell freezes over? Well, not right then, because I imagine you people will be pretty busy right about then, picking up cold-weather gear and such...but right AFTER that...yeah, you can have someone call me about that RIGHT AFTER Hell freezes over." Stunned silence on the other end for a bit...then..."Uhh...OK...thank you..." Boy, I loved saying that to her...OH, yeah...your parody - very good & very, very true...5's ~ ~ ~
