The Lyrics

This is what those annoying bears in the Charmin commercial were REALLY trying to say...

Original song on YouTube

Little pieces on the thrill-slide, little pieces made of tushy-tisshy
Little pieces on the frill-hide, little pieces are a bane
There's some Charmin and some Northern and an eeewy Cottonelly one
And they're all there in the icky-cracky and they roll in to the ‘mane’

And the crappy paper-cheapness all stick to you in perversity
Where they drop out in boxers or the flame red lingerie
And they gather in drawers and cause sex embarrassment
When you’re all set for a quicky-snacky and forget to check the Haines

And they all stray on the moss-face and stick near bikini line
And they sprawl my itty cavern like a silly April fool
And the pillings end up rather damp and spread out so universally
Where they are quite a pox ‘cus when you pull ‘em yelp in pain

They’re deployed so, in my frizzness - I’m wary and phased and ranting-y
In box, yep, shape of Tazzy-mappy and in small nooks, that’s their game
Yeah, I seek one, ‘cus I’ve seen one, it’s a shrewd one and I bellow some
And they're all made out of tushy-tisshy; guess I should get a bidet

555! Looks like we both had 'white' themes today. But unlike me, you were on a roll and really plying your craft.

At first I'm going 'huh?' but I get the general idea. Your usual standard of inventive reworking of this great little song. I liked several turns of phrase like 'moss face, stick near bikini line' and some great subs like 'universally' for 'university' and 'pox 'cuz' for 'boxes', Bane/mane was a standout rhyme, but the killer was 'Tassie-mappy' - was that a 'Peregrinism'? 555s for taking me to a place I never thought I'd go.

Thanks LL. No, Tassie-mappy was a Merryism, she has learned well, has young grasshopper :)

Suddenly those ickle furry bears don't seem quite so cute no more..! Lots of funny lines and great wordplay - 555 :^)

Never could stand those commercials. (OTOH, Mr. Whipple was no, uh, "Charm-er" either. ;)
LL stole my fave (his 1st choice) -- seems to happen a lot -- OMG! I've done Patrick's worst nightmare, and cloned myself! -- j/k, he's quite creative on his own. Just equally sick. ;-D

"sprawl my itty cavern" is another nice, uh, "piece" of imagery. Glad you weren't de-turd from smearing those crappy bears.
