| Parody Song Title: | "Hummers In The City" |
| Parody Written by: | Malcolm Higgins |
hot time, hummers in the city,
lots of people dyin, and it really isnt pretty
cool down, it's just a little whacky
sending in the troops to kill one iraqi
all around, people lookin half dead
walkin in their burkas hidin all their faces
but at night it's a different scene,
targets lit with laser beams
come on come on and fight all night
when he's gone it'll be all right
and hey, don't you know in the city,
now, today, and tonight,
there's the hummers in the city
there's the hummers in the city
cool down time to build the city
democratic, free and pretty
he's gone, no it's not a pity
thanks to all the soldiers, all brave and so gritty
all around, people lookin half dead
walkin in their burkas hidin all their faces
but at night it's a different scene,
targets lit with laser beams
come on come on and fight all night
when he's gone it'll be all right
lots of people dyin, and it really isnt pretty
cool down, it's just a little whacky
sending in the troops to kill one iraqi
all around, people lookin half dead
walkin in their burkas hidin all their faces
but at night it's a different scene,
targets lit with laser beams
come on come on and fight all night
when he's gone it'll be all right
and hey, don't you know in the city,
now, today, and tonight,
there's the hummers in the city
there's the hummers in the city
cool down time to build the city
democratic, free and pretty
he's gone, no it's not a pity
thanks to all the soldiers, all brave and so gritty
all around, people lookin half dead
walkin in their burkas hidin all their faces
but at night it's a different scene,
targets lit with laser beams
come on come on and fight all night
when he's gone it'll be all right

Nice one!
OK, people, new rule: No more use of "Hummer" unless it has something to do with LeBron James! We're trying to be FUNNY, remember? I realize "Sherman" (tank) and "Apache" (helicopter) may be tough to rhyme, but nobody in civilian life associates Hummers with the military anymore! (Sure, new rule. "Now let him enforce it!" -- General turned President Andrew Jackson)
