Tasty and educational.
Considering how so many old songs, including Beatles songs, get recycled into commercials these days, your idea isn't too far-fetched. Trouble is, you'll have to pay royalties to whoever owns the Beatles catalogue (or Lennon's solo catalogue) when your restaurant opens.
Very true, Steve. Royalties can be painful. I would just record it for fun.
