An American once had a business trip to Finland and spent part of it on a large boat in the Baltic Sea with a Swedish man. The Swede told a joke: "Why does the NEW Finnish Navy have glass-bottom boats?" Everyone looked around and then he answered: "To see the OLD Finnish Navy!" Shortly after a Finnlander asked, "what is dumber than a dumb Finnlander?" Again, all were silent. Then he answered: "A smart Swede!!!"
