| Parody Written by: | Jared |
Tarzan did indeed make his appearnce roughly forty years before Superman, the former is of the turn of the century, and the latter debuted in 1938
I'm Tarzan of the Apes I am
Tarzan of the Apes I am, I am
I got raised in the jungle brush
Now speaking to the beasts gives me a rush
Everyone wonders why my face is shaved (face is shaved)
Or why I never seem to have a tan (no tan)
I'm the ape-raised man, the Lord Greystroke
Tarzan of the Apes I am
Beat this curse, apes raised from birth
I'm Tarzan of the Apes I am
Tarzan of the Apes I am, I am
Swinging through trees like never before
Don't speak to elephants cause they're a bore
Jane brought me back to the civilized (civiilized)
And now I am proud to be her man (her man)
The defender of darkest Africa
Tarzan of the Apes I am
I'm Tarzan of the Apes I am
Tarzan of the Apes I am, I am
Poachers see me and they flee in fear
When they know the jungle man is here
The world's first true superhero (super guy!)
Forty years before Superman (Superman!)
I'm the one who started everything
Tarzan of the Apes I am
T-A-R-Z-An!
Tar-a-zan (Tar-a-zan!)
Tar-a-zan (Tar-a-zan!)
Tarzan of the Apes I am, I am
Tarzan of the Apes I am!
AAAAAAAYYYYYAAAAAAEEEEIIIIAAAAAHHH!!!!!!!

Me like. Me laugh prehensile tail off.
swingin' parody...bravo
5's ... Zira, Cornelius, and Dr. Zaius would be so proud!
We must be on a psychic wavelength today Jared. Nice one!
Actually, if you wanna go all literary, "the first superhero" may have been Gilgamesh. But this is a better Tarzan parody than my "Back On the Jane Bang."
Now this is a parody that a roomful of monkeys could appreciate. Well done, Jared.
Good one Jared! Glad you liked ours too! Intrigued at the faux pas included in your parody : "Lord Greystroke"!!! Or was it a faux pas???
Good one! (deducted one for a few pacing things, would have been only half a point if I could.)
