| Parody Written by: | Phil Alexander |
A friend has a tendency to call gigabytes "jigglybytes"... the scansion finally hit me, and this kind of wrote itself...
Fire up my computer, writing a text file
Just a little typing in Notepad
You see, it's measured in bytes
Looking at my hard disk, dere is a jpeg
Just a bit bigger than Notepad
You see, it's ki-yilobytes
Microsoft a-let me download a browser
IE7 so big it's obscene
Big-eee, it's in megabytes
Taking a backup, all my hard disk on
I gonna need a whole D.V.Deeee drive
Huge-ee, it's in gigabytes
There is a stash in google's cache
Some of it Flash, but mostly it trash
Holy sh..eee, it's terror-rabytes
No see the jigglybyte
I wonder how much dat got, sir
Who he? The jigglybyte
I bet that it's a lot, sir

JIgglefives.
nice job..love the OS...at first i thought this was gonna be about jello
You need to record this one Phil; it would be a nice companion piece to "Mend My PC".
Agreed with Merry on the recoding idea. Like Alvin, I thought it was about something else, except I thought Jigglybytes was a euphemism for breasts... !
Bought a couple reggae compliations recently, and I love the OS. Jigglybytes should be something you get when your cruise porn sites too long! 555
Brilliant, Jiggilybyte sounds like a Pokemon, Haha
Thanks, all :-)
Alvin - I guess that would be "bites" rather than "bytes", though.
Merry - if I can find a backing track, I will - though I've a few more PC-based parodies I think would probably work better
Pippin - wouldn't that leave teeth marks in unfortunate places?
Yoidy - I like this OS, too - I saw Desmond Dekker roundabout 1990, and he made this song last for at least 20 minutes... and the crowd loved it
Matthias - sort of a fossilized jigglypuff?

Boted on this earlier,was awesome!
Honestly, it's no "Mend My PC", but still brilliantly deserving of a daily 555, no if you'll excuse me I have to reboot my system.
Brits & Bytes, a hilarious combination! ;-)
