You'll have to excuse Rush. He's been a little out of sorts since last Saturday afternoon, when... wait, he's been a little out of sorts since 1953. But we know that Rush didn't "hit bottom." If he had, he would have actually gone out into the streets where THEY are, and gotten the drugs his own damn self. If his bigotry was still stronger than his addiction, then he didn't hit bottom.
