It's a parody expressing RESISTANCE to an immature Mussolini. I don't know the OS offhand either but I know good defiance when I see it. Well done! It is our DUTY as Americans to reject, refuse, resist, topple those in office who don't/won't serve the needs of the people. Leadership is about serving the PUBLIC, not yourself.
