Parody Song Title:

"My Gutted Cars on Blocks Seep"

Parody Written by:

John A. Barry

The Lyrics

Still more trash for "Trash"
They can't even crawl; they're above ground and heaping;
My gutted cars on blocks seep.
I look at the ground and I see oil leaks seeping;
My gutted cars cannot creep.

When they first died, I could have sold you
The whole slew, they'd have run.
But I was ploughed and I corholed Sue,
My trusty old ewe.

I look at the wheels and notice they're not turning;
My gutted cars on blocks sleep.
I drink up every penny that I was earning;
Rotgut scarfed on welfare's cheap.

Onto the ground, lot's of oil's squirted;
It's been diverted to
A creek that's brown; it's been converted
To a bum-wort-fed* loo.

I've nooked in them all, in back seats I've been sleeping
With cousin Char and my sheep.
We have had a ball,
With Char done up as Bo Peep.

[Fade on moaning and bleating]

*wort: sweet liquid drained from mash and fermented into beer or whisky; pronounced "wurt"

Great Job Here John! I'm sorry to tell you that this spot has been taken up by Red Ant, but I appricate your input

Matthias, guess I should have checked first. Oh well, thanks for motivating me to take out the trash. And thanks for the votes on my four soiled submissions.

Atmos-beer-hick! Eneophile or Eweophile...never the twain shall bleet! Insert your usual "brilliant, unpredictable phrasing" complement here...

I'd give up "Wild Night of Ours, History" for this to be included in the White Trash Album project (I still have two other parodies in). Rarely do I not need your footnotes regarding obscure words, but I did know "wort". Excellent.

I too enjoyed this one, and will replace yours with this one, so you both will have 2 in

Would be usable as a White Trash Album tune, had Sue not turned into a sheep! Your rhyme skills are better than no others, John!

"White Trash Album"? Doesn't Kid Rock do that about every other year? As Jeff Foxworthy said, "If you have a house that is mobile and 14 cars that aren't... you might be a redneck!"
