The Lyrics

Aka: "Why yuppies shouldn't go hiking". Enjoy!
Fell into a big hole
I didn't watch my step and I accidentally
Tripped and messed up my stroll
Being stuck here squealing
Isn't quite appealing
Those jerks should of put up a sign
Since now I b*tch and whine although I tried leaving
Roots I missed to pull myself outside
Yeah!
Listen to me sigh: "Can someone come and retrieve me now?!"

I'd hand you some pearls
If you dropped down a ladder
Since I'm sick of leaping
I thought I'd give it a whirl
These attempts were in vain
I'm still trapped here screaming
Must think of other ways to scoot
Could use a rope or a ball of thick string
I just ruined my brand new suit
I guess it wasn't smart
To wear this out hiking now

Da-a-a-a-a-a-a-amn! Da-a-a-a-a-a-a-amn! Da-a-a-a-a-a-a-amn! Da-a-a-a-a-a-a-amn!

This walk is one I've gotta boo
Chose the wrong clothes
Plus right now I'm starving
Started thinking: "Can worms be food?
There's plenty on the floor"
My mind's so alarming now!

Fell into a big hole
Crashed down like a klutz since this pit was sneaky
This was never my goal
That footpath was weedy
So I dropped so deeply
I yelled: "Hey! Who turned out the lights?!"
Since it's not bright and this gap's quite creepy
Sure was risky to come take this hike
Won't go back outside if somebody could fish me out!

Da-a-a-a-a-a-a-amn! Da-a-a-a-a-a-a-amn! Da-a-a-a-a-a-a-amn! Da-a-a-a-a-a-a-amn!

Got rescued by a Boy Scout troop
They said: "You dope
Don't backpack in Gucci!"
I'm way too classy to own brown boots
Who need the Great Outdoors?!
Sticking to the city now!

from one of my favorite Little Rascals episodes: "Well, well! You fell into the well!" Well done well.

(Artistry) Pretty good parody here, but the yuppie theme wasn't really as prominent as the opening comment made it sound, only really coming up in the last chorus. The pacing was a little scattershot as well, but given how the OS sounds like a poor-quality mp3 put through bad speakers, I'm willing to cut you a little slack. 555 holes!

(Artistry) Yeah, I'll agree with TCOP, this was a difficult OS to pace and it did slip every now and again, but no points off their. The yuppie twist didn't really come through until the end, there were flashes of it early, but it wasn't really in the forefront until the end. I enjoyed it, but it definitely wasn't your strongest.
