Cruising down the highway
It's just myself and I
Got a really big car
Cause I'm showing off
I don't have somewhere to go
My sole intention's to show
That I'm rolling in dough
To some folks I don't know

I've been cutting down trees
To light fires at night
Since I'm too close to broke

But I'll light a cigar
And the smoke is so thick
I don't turn off my car

The air I abuse it

Off the A.C.
When I am not home

Factories
Producing necessities
Like plastic accessories
Cause so much more harm than me
I know they're the ones to blame
For the acid in the rain
I think of their deeds and sigh
Cause I miss the night sky

Going out to stargaze
Because Mars should pass by
But I can't see a thing
Cause of all the smog
I'll throw out my telescope
Since there's not any hope
Of me seeing stars, nope
There is not any hope

Although the air is free
The clean kind is quite rare
The kind here makes me choke
I should move someplace where

Everything is pristine
Well it will be until
I start using machines
Since I would go insane, man
Living like a caveman
There is no

Way I could live
Pollution-free
The clean air would go

Factories
I'd bring in for industry
Would produce necessities
Like plastic accessories
Progress is a natural force
I'd be free from blame of course
I would breathe and wheeze and sigh
And miss the night sky
