It's never too early for Christmas carols. Particularly speed-metal ones. Kudos for the whole idea of turning this original song into something about Santa, and good catch on the fa la la's - it's left me with a stupid grin on my face.
(SOTM) As for the question "Why does he always skip the poor"; I've heard Santa has left notes before of "No milk and cookies, no presents".

SOTM...I am one of those nerds who loves Christmas music no matter what time of year it is...and this made me smile, in spite of the fact that I had to stop listening to System of a Down when I realized that they are, collectively, one of the scariest looking groups of men on this planet. Second only to the Backstreet Boys.

According to logic, if Santa went to every boy and girl on the planet in one night, he'd have to travel at a speed that would instantly liquidate him and his reindeer. Not familiar with the OS, reads well though.
