This one's about the first book/movie. I had this idea a while ago and since I've been in even more of a parody writing mood the past couple of weeks than usual i finally got around to writing it.
Sure I'm a ranger, but not just a ranger
There's the blood of kings circulating through me
Some say I'm a ranger, since I am a ranger
If not for that then things would stink, truly
I found all four hobbits inside an inn
That was as safe as inside of a cannon
We all left but then Frodo, he just panicked
Ring on his hand, then, the Black Rider stabbed him
I though fast and we got the hell on
Going to Rivendell to see Elrond
If Elrond had not managed to cure that
Magic wound I'm sure that things would be much more bad
Sure I'm a ranger, but not just a ranger
There's the blood of kings circulating through me
Some say I'm a ranger, since I am a ranger
If not for that then things would stink, truly
Mirthrandir was without doubt the wisest
And what happened in the dwarf mine it surprised us
Could have fled, but he fought and died, just
Fell down the mine but, doing that saved us
Must take it in stride since I am a ranger
It's my turn to help us through all of the danger
But the journey that's ahead of us is so long
I have got to be strong, I must not do something wrong
If we don't get rid of the ring, then I can't be the King
In the place that's called Gondor
But if the one ring I was wielding, then all would be yielding
Must not think that any more

To me that would be quite a pain

Now, evil thought please leave my brain

Cool, but on the second line of the chorus, there were one too many syllables
It was really good and accurate...but the pacing just wasn't right, maybe a different song choice would have been better. But other than that great job. ^.^
its ok, this song is hard to make a parody of. I just did, and the syllables are hard to get perfect. LotR rocks, good job! =)
i like it, its pacing was of but apart from that its undersantable
Just have to make sure Ethan and you all know that "sweet arwen" wasn't me. Mostly because my comments tend to make sense...and I have nothing but praise for fellow LoTR fans...=)
