wrote one. for the record, i am pro chili peppers, pro avril
lavigne, and anti brittney spears.

More people should vote for this song. This is a really good parody. The fast-paced choruses sound excellent when I imagine them going to the original song. Good job.

AV'sboi - good job. The pacing wasn't quite perfect because the names are a little awkward to fit but it was a fun parody. had given some thought to using "By the Way" but hadn't come up with anything yet. Maybe I'll take a second look at it down the road. Like the current stuff the Chili Peppers are doing. Avril Lavigne's debut album was actually pretty good, it will be interesting to see what she follows it up with. Brittney Spears? No.

thanks. i didnt want to just do another thing for sk8er boi, which for the record is my least favorite avril song. i think avril has great potential, and if the record comany producers would just get out of her way, she could be the new queen of rock.

AV'sboi - not to dwell too much on Avril, but I agree about "sk8er boi" being the weakest cut on the album. She says she wants to be taken seriously as an artist and be around "a long time". If that's true she probably is going to need to have an album flop big-time to get her enough space to try to grow. It's hard to imagine too many deeper insights happening in the circus atmosphere around her now.

well, the song (sk8er boi) isa decent song, i like the guitar part and the basic message, but the lyrics are kinda ridiculous, you gotta admit...thats a lot of the reason she isnt taken serious-chris
