"Car Guy"

The Lyrics

Everyone's met one of these assholes...well, actually, I hope that's not true. Because, well, they're assholes. I don't wish assholes upon the general population, that's just rude.
Oh, ride away
I only wanted to ride away
Ride away in style, but, you see
You've destroyed that hope with all your pretty lies
Oh, car guy
You're just like all other car guys
You say you'll sell me a ride
But it lacks the horsepower of one horse

Faulty, broken parts
Man, this thing's made of faulty, broken parts

My life
I would be risking my life
If I ride late one night
And nicked one rock, cause my wheels are sure to fly

That smug smile needs to go
Since you promised how much pay I'd save
Half my pay, I'd save

Man, you raised my expectations
They failed in my observations
They did not pass regulations
Thus came awful revelations

Holes in my new car
Didn't mention the holes in my new car

Ride away
I only wanted to ride away
Ride away to new places, please
Did you not think about that before you lied?

Of course not, this is a joke
That's been told a million ways each day
Lots of ways each day

A bad bus'ness situation
Are common in this vocation, yeah
Do you have cars in your nation?
Then you've felt this indignation

Gone so very far
Not surprised that you've gone so very far
Ranting at air, you're gone

I was originally gonna call this "Cartwright" about a medieval equivalent to the shitty car salesman, but halfway through I realised I wasn't being specific enough enough, so I, ahem, switched gears.

You could have also done Cartwright as in Nancy Cartwright as in the voice actress who plays Bart Simpson
